Welcome to StudyECart Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website (tech.studyecart.in) or purchasing our software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or engaging our services for web development, app development, or other software solutions, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
StudyECart Technologies Pvt Ltd provides digital solutions including, but not limited to:
- Static and Dynamic Website Development
- Android Application Development (Native/Hybrid)
- E-Commerce Store Setup
- College Project Guidance & Development
- Software Maintenance & Support
3. Payment Terms
To ensure commitment and timely delivery of projects:
- Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total project cost is required to commence work.
- Milestones: Subsequent payments will be based on agreed-upon project milestones.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the final source code, credentials, or live deployment is handed over to the client.
- We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or other authorized digital payment methods.
4. Project Timeline & Delays
We strive to deliver all projects on time (e.g., 3 days for static, 7 days for dynamic). However, timelines may be extended if:
- The client delays providing necessary content (images, text, logos).
- There are delays in feedback or approval from the client's side.
- Additional features or changes are requested mid-project (Scope Creep).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final website or application design and content. However, StudyECart Technologies retains the right to reuse generic code snippets, libraries, or frameworks developed by us for other projects. We also reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
6. Maintenance & Support
We provide 6 Months of Free Maintenance for bugs and minor technical issues found in the original scope of work. This does not include:
- Adding new features or pages.
- Redesigning the layout.
- Issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or client interference with the code.
7. Limitation of Liability
StudyECart Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting providers or malicious attacks.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
