Refund Policy

At StudyECart Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet your business requirements. However, due to the nature of digital services and the labor involved in coding and design, our refund policy is structured as follows.

1. Cancellation Before Project Start

If you have paid an advance but wish to cancel the project before any design or development work has commenced:

  • We will issue a Full Refund of the advance amount.
  • A small processing fee (transaction charges levied by the payment gateway or bank) may be deducted.
  • The request must be made within 24 hours of payment.

2. Cancellation During Development

Once the project has started (e.g., UI designs shared, server setup done, or coding begun), the following rules apply:

  • Advance Payments are Non-Refundable: The initial deposit covers the resources, server costs, and man-hours already allocated to your project.
  • Milestone Payments: If you cancel midway, you are not liable to pay for future milestones, but payments made for completed milestones or work-in-progress are non-refundable.

3. Completed Projects

Once the final project (Website/App) is delivered, deployed on your server, or the source code is handed over:

  • No Refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • If you face issues or bugs, we are committed to fixing them under our 6-Month Free Maintenance Policy.
  • Dissatisfaction with the aesthetic design after final approval is not a valid ground for a refund.

4. Third-Party Costs

Any payments made for third-party services are strictly non-refundable as these are paid to external vendors immediately. This includes:

  • Domain Name Registration (.com, .in, etc.)
  • Server/Hosting Fees (AWS, Hostinger, GoDaddy, etc.)
  • Paid Plugins, Themes, or API Licenses purchased for your project.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you have a valid case for a refund (e.g., we failed to deliver the project as per the agreed scope), please contact us formally:

  • Send an email to contact@studyecart.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Project Name]".
  • Include your payment proof and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Our management team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.
